22^th ExxonMobil Soccer Tournament

Dear Team Captains, Colleagues and Family.

We are happy to invite and welcome you to participate in this year ExxonMobil Soccer Tournament. The Rotterdam Manufacturing Cluster or Rotterdam Refinery has the pleasure to host the 22^th ExxonMobil Soccer Tournament on Saturday June 7 , 2025 in Bavel.

The tournament will take place at the location of the Bavel Football Club at sport park “De Roosberg”. The village of Bavel is near to the City of Breda. On arrival we have coffee and tea (with a delicacy). Lunch, dinner and “evening entertainment” will also be on this location.

In order to organize the tournament in time we request you to let us know before May 2, 2025 the teams / players that will participate, using the registration form. Please fill in and return the form to Ron van Zandwijk or Robert du Chatinier

We will get back to you after May 2, 2025 with more detailed information.

The goal of the organization is to make this tournament a nice, sportive and safe tournament. Everybody involved (players, team captains, participating sites, organization) has the responsibility in achieving these objectives and we would like to emphasize the role of the Team Captains in making sure that their teams understand and help us to achieve these objectives. 

The most important purpose off the day is enjoyment and pleasure.

We like to go back to original purpose of this tournament: have a family day with your partner and kids. 

Rules apply for participation:

• Registration fee for each team will be € 75,–.
• Trip and hotel costs are for your own payment.
• ExxonMobil will sponsor participation costs for the tournament.
• A team may have a maximum off 10 players ( Also kids older than 14 years )
• ExxonMobil must employ all players.
• For a match you need 7-players including a goalkeeper.
• Fair play will be more involved in the results.

We can give you information or help, to find hotels in Breda and for traveling from the airport to Breda. 

The tournament starts around 09.00 hrs. in the morning end ends around 20.00 hrs. Lunch, dinner and some drinks are included.
